And I'm Off....

Tomorrow morning I leave to fly to Utah to go to the MTC. The past few weeks have been great, but pretty busy. Last weekend my sisters came home, which was wonderful. We had a baby shower for Brooke and my niece(at least I'm hoping it's a girl ha), and that turned out really nice. Then we had a BBQ at our house for my farewell. It was so great to see everyone. I felt bad though because I didn't get to spend as much time with everyone as I would have liked. I did discover that I really don't like being the center of attention, so I'm glad to be done with that. Sunday I spoke in church. I was really nervous but I think it went well. Thank you to everyone that came to support me, I really appreciate it and I love you all. This past week I've just been trying to get the last minute things I need and I've been trying to get together with friends before I can't anymore. I didn't get to see everyone I wanted to, but that's okay. Tonight we're having our last family dinner before I leave, and then I'll be getting set apart as a full time missionary. I am so excited to go on a mission! I'm a little nervous because it's something I've never done so I don't know what all to expect, but mainly I'm just excited. I can't wait to go to Canada, I'm so thankful that Canada is the place I was called! As much as I am looking forward to the next 18 months, I can't wait to come home and be with all the people I love again.
